About: Paul was formerly an ATP Pro Tour player, has coached players of all ages and abilities in many countries around the world, including some of the best players in the UK. Paul enjoys coaching people of all ages and abilities and thrives on seeing his pupils improve.
Favourite Shot: Forehand
Playing Experience: Paul started playing tennis at age 13, somewhat late in comparison to his peers, nevertheless he quickly set about his rise in British tennis and was ranked top 10 in GB by the time he was 18, capturing the Hertfordshire County championships twice en route. Aged 19 he accepted a scholarship to Armstrong Atlantic State University in America. At Armstrong, he captained the team to 2 NCAA National Championship titles, playing in the top singles and doubles positions. After graduating with a BSc(Hons) degree in Health Science, Paul began playing on the ATP Tour. Paul’s time playing on the world professional circuit was unfortunately cut short after sustaining numerous injuries ultimately forcing him to retire from professional tennis in early 2011.

Qualification: Senior Club Coach Award – Level 4
About: Scott has been coaching for 11 years and in his own words, absolutely ‘loves it!’ He has a strong passion for the sport and possesses a wide range of tactical and technical knowledge to suit all ages and abilities. Scott describes himself as a well presented professional coach with large personality on and off the court.

Playing Experience: Scott started playing tennis when he was 4 years old and has loved the sport ever since. He competed in many county tournaments including the Herts youth games, was part of the Hertfordshire County U14 team and is currently Men’s Doubles title holder at a renowned Hertfordshire club. Scott also consistently plays for the Men’s 1st team in the top County Division.
